Sales Executive in Stourbridge

Due to our continued business growth we are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join our award winning sales team at AEG Motorhomes in Stourbridge . We  are looking for people who are passionate, driven and responsible to join our team. This role would ideally suit someone who has previously worked as a Trainee Sales Executive, Sales Executive, Business Manager or Sales Manager in the motor, caravan or motorhome industry. However if you are a successful sales person from another industry who can demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets with an interest in our products we would like to hear from you.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Customer Satisfaction: You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer’s expectations, whilst providing a service-based experience. In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading.
• Maximising Opportunities: Through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and Internet enquiries you will be developing Customer Relationships through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximising Profit: By following the sales process and achieving the monthly KPI’s for unit sales, profit per unit and add-on products.
• Data Quality: To accurately and vigorously collect all customer contact and vehicle data in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

Technician MOT Tester in Stourbridge

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technician with Class 4 MOT Certificate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, along with a strong technical background in diagnosing and fixing various vehicle issues. This role will primarily involve performing mechanical repairs and conducting MOT tests on a variety of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles to identify any issues or potential problems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles and perform necessary repairs.
• Perform MOT tests in compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Replace and repair worn or defective parts/components in vehicles, including brakes, suspension, engines, and transmissions.
• Carry out vehicle servicing and tune-ups according to manufacturer specifications.
• Complete accurate documentation of all work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and findings from inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Stay updated on new technologies and techniques in automotive repair and maintenance through ongoing training and development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mechanic and MOT technician, preferably in a busy automotive repair shop.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Valid MOT Tester certification (Class 4 and/or 7) is required.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and documentation.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
